An up-and-coming drill rapper was shot and killed in an ambush at a Chicago gas station — with shocking video showing the killers running up and firing dozens of shots into his Tesla.
Bloodhound Q50, who had more than a million monthly listeners on Spotify, was shot and killed early Sunday — just weeks after he ominously told a vlogger that he knew he could be a target.
Surveillance footage shows the 22-year-old rapper, real name Mikquale Cooper, strolling out of a BP gas station and into his white Tesla where his pregnant girlfriend was waiting, according to Fox 32.
A hooded gunman suddenly runs up and fires at the rapper’s car, shattering the driver’s side window, before another killer stood directly in front and pumps numerous more shots inside.
Others were later seen firing from a Honda car that had parked at one of the gas station’s pumps.
“I thought I heard over 100 [shots],” a shocked witness told the Chicago Sun-Times.
Bloodhound Q50 was killed just three years after his cousin, Bloodhound Zmoney, was shot dead.
A close pal, Bloodhound Lil Jeff, was killed age 21 after being shot in Chicago in June 2024, while another associate, Lil Scoom 89, was shot dead the following month.
The artist has also had his own run-ins with the law relating to firearms. He was sentenced to a year in prison in December 2024 after pleading guilty to a weapons charge.

He also admitted just weeks before his death that he knew the dangers he faced.
“I’m not chasing death but I’m not running from it either,” he told DJ Akademiks in a YouTube video about “surviving” his beefs and life in “Chiraq,” the derogatory nickname given to the crime-ridden Windy City.
“I know what I signed up for. One slip-up, you’re gone.”

Don’t ask me what a “drill rapper is because I don’t know and I don’t care.
A rapper predicting he could get shot is like a lifeguard predicting he could get wet.
Quick research on what a “Drill Rapper” is:
A drill rapper is an artist who performs drill music, a subgenre of hip-hop that originated in Chicago in the early 2010s and is characterized by its dark, menacing beats and confrontational lyrics about street life, gang violence, and retaliation.
Sounds like a thug to me...
Keepin’ it real.
Were Bloodhound Q50, Bloodhound Zmoney, and Bloodhound Lil Jeff killed by Criphounds?
And in chicango no less....it’s pretty much an inevitability.
Sounds like the litter of a pitbull mama.
He got the Sonny Corleone at the toll booth treatment.
“No arrests have been made and the motive remains unknown”
80 to 100 shots and nobody saw or knows sht....typical certain ethnicity behavior.

The Mafia is an evil enterprise. But I’ll give them credit for one thing. They (usually) take care not to harm innocents.
These gangbangers don’t give a damn about innocents. Bullets go flying everywhere. And if some child in the background gets hit, that’s just too bad.
And no, I don’t have a solution. Because there is no solution, at least as long as Democrats are running those cities.
Lots of dead bloodhounds. Mist likely a gang posing as rap artists.
Easy to do. Get AI to compose a few rap ditties. Post online and do a few live gigs...drug dealing underneath . You dead soon
I was looking for a good analogy, and you found one.
One slip-up, you’re gone.”
Not paying attention while leaving a random gas station counts as a slip up.
Who?
I’ve heard some of this is part of an inner city culture in which “snitches get stiches”.
These drive by shootings happen, often in front of many bystanders, but everyone says they didn’t see anything.
Law enforcement tells many such maddening stories. They arrive at a crime scene, but nobody saw anything. So nobody can testify that they witnessed the crime. If nobody can testify, then nobody can be charged in a court of law with the crime. It’s a vicious cycle.
Remember some years ago, some “rap” singer was shot in Las Vegas?
Is there something dangerous about the world of “rap”?
I’ve never heard of country music singers, opera singers, or musical talents of any other genre being shot down in this manner . Just an observation.

after making chilling premonition
This Bloodhound Q50 sounds like a modern-day Nostradamus. I mean, how could he predict that he would be gunned down?
another associate, Lil Scoom 89, was shot dead the following month.
Lil Scoom...89 previously oldest known rapper...
