While working for my company we examined the overflow area of our local dam. Half way down I notice what looked like a rock altar built in the middle of the ditch. Some said witches used such an isolated place for their rituals. Never saw any actual witches but the way such occult books sell at the local book stores I am not surprised if it is true. Months later, inspecting the same area I notice the “altar” had been knocked over.
It was an alter, but when they think others know about, it’s destroyed and they move.
These satanic covens are all over the place, but try to fly under the radar.
