In the primaries, the turnout of 2A & friends was very low.

Not to argue, but how do you know that?

Mostly by looking at GA and IL that I know the best.

The vote for Jackson was “as expected”. He attracted pro-lifers, DOGE voters and establishment types. The vote for Jones...and Collins was low. They were the more 2A (and anti-immigrant) candidates. Look at it another way. The turnout in northern Atlanta suburbs was normal compared to the very low turnout in small town and rural areas.

In my experience, good issues are nice...but turnout wins. Turnout is 20% good issues and 80% a good ground game.

If the Dems win in Nov, it will be because the DSA has a good ground game. The Kings rallies and other protests are just practice to build the ground game for November.

ActionNetwork.Org has 12,000 organizations nationwide: Non-profits, political and for-profit. They build a list of names, addresses and hot button issues of voters who go to their non-profit pages and feed that list to the “get-out-the-vote” organization that is non-profit...just trying to get out the vote...from a very selective list of voters and voter areas.
