Click the earth menu in the bottom left and bring up the menu. At the bottom of the menu there are 8 different projections to chose from.
If you have a touch screen you can move these projections all over the place. For example the “O” projection which is a globe - touch the screen and spin it any direction. All the projections move around and some are pretty bizarre!
