Looks like the guy I met in Scottsdale a year ago.
He claimed he needed cash and would sell his gold watch to me for cash.
I reported him to Scottsdale police.
even better would to help set up and instant sting: tell the scammer to meet you at the ATM at your bank so you could get the cash, and call the cops to be there too to observe the transaction ...
