She technically wasn’t fired- she’s still under contract and will be paid. I don’t know what’s in her contract, but Fox has sidelined her for the duration.
The White House outed her to her Fox News leadership. Maria shouldn’t have disclosed the information she had. Maria is a leaker. That is why Maria got fired. It isn’t some conspiracy.

Bartiromo allegedly took a screen shot of this guidance and sent it to senior White House officials, per the outlet. Fox News leadership was reportedly alerted to her action after receiving a call from the White House.

Bartiromo probably won’t take it but not because of the salary, she has a personal wealth of $100 million and shares $500 million with her husband.

What if this “memo” contained, or attempted to conceal, evidence of a crime? If it did, by getting fired Bartiromo can sue Fox for millions.

What Maria did was wrong. If Trump’s White House didn’t disclose the leak to Fox News leadership, then she will still be at Fox News.
