I agree, the Cops need to log in with a personally assigned account, at which point they become 100% PERSONNALY ACCOUNTABLE for ALL misuse of data they collect.
NO LONGER should TAX PAYERS be on the hook for these incidents.
I am pretty sure what you are asking for is already built into the Flock system. The problem is that it relies on the police policing the police. And that rarely happens.
