That is weapons grade stupid.
Wrong. The fact that she has pleaded not guilty for reason of insanity, DOES NOT mean her defense agrees with ALL of the testimony presented. In fact, the defense argued against the amount time it took for the killings.
Truth will come out, maybe not now, but it will.
You are wrong Stop clinging to the lie
There is no truth at all in your claim. It is a lie told to you on social media
Stop digging your heals in to cling to a lie because your ego is too fragile to admit you were fooled.
You have to be an adult here. Refusing to learn things that challenge your feelings is childish
"An insanity plea (or insanity defense) is a legal defense where a defendant admits to committing a criminal act but argues they should not be held criminally responsible because a severe mental illness prevented them from understanding what they were doing or knowing right from wrong
Candace Owens ... genius from Podcastistan. Said “You can’t put the genie back in the ... BIBLE.”
When the lawsuits start raining down on her, it will be heavenly.
We need a finance the justice system legal machine.
I heard today that the dad already is preparing to have his attorney drop lawsuits for defamation against many. One, IIRC, is Lisa Rinna.
Wrong. By her plea that she is not guilty due to insanity, she has a right to argue that she was insane. So you want to believe she admitted that it took eighteen minutes for her children to die? (Which she didn’t). Thus would absolutely go against her argument that she knew what she was doing and how long it took.
All the Jury is arguing about is does she get sent to prison or sent to a mental hospital...
Thats what I said previously. Regardless of how this ends, the taxpayers are the losers and will be paying for a long time.
The million dollar defense team saw all the evidence, unlike lying social media types and decided the only chance she had was an insanity plea. An insanity plea is an admission to the Court, by her, she did it. There is no magical “missed evidence” that shows her not guilty. If there was anything to these lies her million dollar defense team would of used that to prove reasonable doubt.
Just admit your wrong and stop lying
That doesn't mean that she wasn't culpable, or should not be punished, but I truly believe that the doctors should also bear some responsibility.
Do 15 seconds on Google and find out what an Insanity plea means
Your willful defiance of all fact to continued posting lies simply because you are too arrogant to admit you are wrong is sick and depraved
Your friend needs to stay off the internet. Forensics would have uncovered that.
You are scary.
I hope there are thousands of women like me, who see this for what it truly is, and that is a terrible crime. You can’t blame post-partum behavior, because that is over when the baby is 2 months, not 8 months old.
Clancy was in control of what was going on. She wanted her kids to die…for whatever reason. She phoned her husband back after she didn’t take his call. She was “busy” working on something…working on killing her beautiful children one by one. The phone call interrupted her, and then she got back to business. She was controlled when she talked with her husband.
Clancy is a liar. I truly believe that. This post-partum nonsense is just a freak show excuse. Made up.
You are expecting the doctors to be fortune-tellers with a perfect Crystal ball. They’re not. They prescribed Rx as she presented, and tweaked dosages or changed medications as they would normally do for any patient. Sometimes patients don’t tell the doctor everything on the first appointment. These doctors were only treating her for 7 months at best. You expect them to be God. They’re not. Hasn’t Covid taught people anything?
