Currently she’s fighting the NYS Supreme Court that ruled it is illegal to force housing providers to take subsidized renters (Section 8 et al). We MYS Landlords are in mortal fear if we do not want to take the bureaucratic nightmare of housing subsidies and the sub par tenants that are on it.
