Red Chinese. They have way more STEM grad students in chemistry. Also, Muslims study things that go BOOM. ChiComs study things that go "eeewwwwwww!"

Maybe muslim or chinese infiltrators have similar chemicals stashed at strategic location across the US. Good reason to remove these people from the Country.

HIPAA violation to release medical information about patient without their consent.
Student certainly doesn’t want identity to be revealed. Will probably be dropped from program and probably no school will accept him/her/it into their program.
Student is dangerous.
