My list of Great Presidents:
Trump, Reagan, Truman, Theodore Roosevelt, Lincoln, Jefferson, Washington, Madison, and Monroe.

Failures:
Biden, Obama, Clinton, Carter, Grant, Harding

I'd rank the rest as average.
