Now where are they going? Who is receiving them?
How many will voluntarily leave......because they’re in detention which is deliberately made not comfy and they know they’re going to lose their asylum claim? Last year we deported about 700,000 but 2.2 million voluntarily left.
So we’re on pace to deport 1.4 million this year. How many will voluntarily leave? I’m really hoping we get 5 million out of the country this year but even getting 4 million out would be progress.
Sure there are....and the 2.9 million we got rid of last year and the hopefully at least 4 million we get rid of this year won't solve our problem.....BUT getting about 7 million out the door in 2 years is real progress. Keep that up for the last 2 years of his presidency and that'd be 14 million gone in Trump's 4 years. That would put a significant dent in the total number of illegal aliens. If Vance gets in and continues the policy that would mostly solve the problem after 2 terms.
We didn't get into this mess in 1 year or 2. We're not going to get out of it in a 1 year or 2. I'll settle for making progress.

Why not give the Illegals a choice: (1) deport yourself at your own expense or (2) be deported at US taxpayers’ expense to Uganda, Congo, Zimbabwe, or that prison in El Salvador?

100,000 a month is a nice start, but it’s not fast enough, even if Republicans maintain control of all three branches, even for 4 years after Trump.
