On the eve of surrendering herself at San Francisco’s Hall of Justice at 850 Bryant St., Wynd Kaufmyn was a flurry of activity: Tailoring an old pair of jeans while chatting with reporters about her upcoming incarceration, stopping to pick up coffee and doughnuts for her official send-off at the courthouse Friday morning, and preparing for dinner with friends at one of her favorite restaurants, Ben ‘N Nick’s in Oakland.
It was, after all, her 69th birthday.

Thank you very much and God bless you,

She probably also loves government schools, wants government Pre-K and babysitting, wants life sentences for all “J6 Protestors,” wanted prison camps for the covid- unvaccinated, wants total single-payer government health-care.
Translation - middle class paid government health care system from major tax increases required to fund it.
“Tailoring an old pair of jeans while chatting with reporters”
How gay is that.
Perhaps the Bay Area can pass legislation to honor her trials and tribulations. I nominate April 31.
Smart-
But a Brenda since day one.
Only in SF would a protest of 3 people make the news.
She probably refused to move.
What do you want to bet that her last name was originally ‘Kaufman’, but she changed it to ‘Kaufmyn’ because she couldn’t dare have the word ‘man’ in her name?
That comment was originally part of my original post.
She WAS NOT arrested for protesting. She was arrested for barricading the entrance to the Open AI building. There is a difference.
These idiots are always “teachers” or “professors”. Any roofers, plumbers or construction workers out there that are also professional protesters/agitators/general ass wipes?
Yea, lying is their thing to try to stir us up.
FAKE NEWS headline.
She wasn’t jailed for *protesting* - as the article spells out (shocker) she was jailed as a result of she and four others “barricading the entrance to OpenAI’s headquarters”.
Although it may be news to some, one can actually protest legally.
She's now 'dating' one of her co-defendants in the case who is two decades younger, so maybe it was his pair of jeans.
You forgot to add “They are fine if we all die. And that needs to be exposed.”
Brings to mind the apt quote “Even a blind pig finds a acorn now and then.”
She gets it, as do many Conservatives, that to a great many of those who consider themselves our superiors we are expendable.
Sydney Sweeney is in no danger of losing her job as spokeswoman for great jeans.
Needs the man juice.
And "your team" hates you as much as their team does.
I learned this first hand in my youth when the Republican National Convention was in town. I tried to socialize with some of the delegates that took over one my favorite night clubs, naively thinking they would be thrilled to meet a young, everyday Republican.
Good for her. Hope she spends her last birthday in jail. As in LAST.
She is commie trash protesting just like the CCP paid her to do. Pi$$ on her.
