Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see the disagreement between Bibi and Trump.

The Israeli military “will not carry out any withdrawal until Hamas is genuinely disarmed..."

Trump’s Board of Peace announced last month that an agreement had been reached for the “complete disarmament” of Hamas and other armed groups in Gaza in what Trump hailed as a “monumental step toward lasting peace and security.”

Isn't that pretty much the same thing?

No. The difference is that Israel is demanding that Hamas be disarmed before Israel will withdraw. Trump's plan has Hamas disarming after Israel withdraws. Obviously, Israel believes that Hamas won't actually disarm after an Israeli withdrawal.

Can't say they're wrong....
