The Primary:
As of August 2026, Dr. Abdul El-Sayed is running in a highly competitive Democratic primary in Michigan against establishment centrist Representative Haley Stevens.
Historical Potential:
If he secures the nomination, he will be the first Muslim major-party nominee for the U.S. Senate. Winning the November general election would make him the first practicing Muslim to serve in the upper chamber. (Note: Former candidate Mehmet Oz, who ran in 2022, is a secular Muslim but did not win his election).
If he wins, this means he used Israelophobia to Avance Islamization backed by the Hamas wing of the Democratic Party.

If you mean in November and not just today, I’m not quite THAT certain. Maybe 80% or a little more, but not 100% certain.
But this is Michigan and this is 2026 and any Democrat is favored for sure.
Stevens, the “establishment” Democrat in the race, is a maximum liberal, exactly like the Muzzie. The religion factor is the only substantive difference between the two, either of which would be a completely reliable leftist vote at all times for the next 6 (or more) years.
I think we’ll all be united. The thought of him winning is chilling.

Talk about having it both ways and SUCCEEDING! Those ayings put us to sleep. Rodgers has gotta be on his game and we gotta be there for him.

If Mike Rogers isn’t going to end up as just another John James multi-statewide race loser in Michigan (JJ gonna make it 3 in 2026!), this year has got to be his best chance — and the one he has to win.
The Governor election is almost certainly lost no matter what, but we can’t afford even the slightest “blue” wave in Michigan and end up with Ayatollah El-Sayed in the Senate....
....AND lose James’ old seat (CD-10), AND lose CD-7 AND maybe even lose CD-4 AND have Democrats pick up the 3 seats they need to take control of the state House and with that 100% control of state government (they already own the Senate, albeit barely, and their Supreme Court is 6 D, 1 R).
Michigan (exactly like its political twin, Pennsylvania) is potentially on the brink of a disaster in November, and the Muzzie winning tonight just *might* be a gift to Republicans and somehow help stop some of the other damage in Michigan from happening as well.

Well, Obama was senator for a while when running for President, but he wasn’t openly a Muslim.
He doesn’t belong in that office.
