Iran is in the middle of a historic, mostly self-inflicted, water shortage. Stress that system hard. Blow up dams, municipal water facilities, any above-ground water lines we can find. Break them with thirst.
I have argued the attack on water for months. It is the quickest way to really bomb Iran back to the Stone Age.
