We’re not going to destroy a nation of 95 million, many of whom have suffered grievously under the regime. Aside from which, the most massive bombing raids (short of nukes) have historically had inconclusive results.

Give the populous one month to get out of the country then take out every bit of infastructure, oil producing, and every harbor in the country. And let their supporting countries know if they try to intervene, they get the same thing. So even if they come back, it will be “to what?”
