We just had another “random act” out here in Capitola, California. Young black male walked up to a 73 year old white woman and stabbed her to death.

Capitola is a nice little beach town on the Monterey bay. Very affluent and a place you wouldn't expect that type of violence. Maybe this will hit home for the politicians who are tying the hands of law enforcement and keeping these violent, psychotic criminals on our streets?
