I think that the Apollo missions left retroreflectors. Good as any seismometer, and externally “powered”, too.
Sadly, retroreflectors measure the distance to/from the Moon and do not measure seismic activity.
There was an Indian mission to the moon in 2012 or so that had a seismometer, but it shut down after 12 days (by design).
The new Luna missions will have multiple different kinds of tools to measure seismic activity.
