Fauci’s fake autopen pardon only covers federal charges, not state crimes.
Charge Fauci at the state level.
You have to admit - he’s going to the gallows still puffed up with hubris over his work to wipe out the untermenschen und rule ze verld.
This is a great opportunity for Andy Beshear to burnish his presidential credentials by giving Fauci a Kentucky pardon so that the Kentucky republican attorney general can’t do the same as Florida.
Immunity and pardons are only valid for federal charges. Each state can render charges.
I think was is being suggested is Beshear would give a preemptive pardon to Fauci for the state of Kentucky.
The concept of states prosecuting him had been floating around for a little while, and he knew it. That possibility could be the reason his troop of attorneys told him that anything he said at this hearing could be used by states in the future.
Fifth Amendment or not, his diary is out there. It was unredacted at first so there is a slew of info out there for state AGs. I guess it’s been redacted now, and I think that stinks. It was personal stuff on servers that WE own so WE should be able to see everything.

A body language expert was on Greg Kelly last night. The video clips she analyzed were interesting. Her bottom line was, “He doesn’t care”. That was when she noticed a small smirk on his face when he was told to turn around at look at the people standing who had been targeted by him (included Laura Ingraham).

That’s OK, there are enough red states’ governors / AGs to make the rest of his diabolical life a living hell before he lands in Actual Hell.
Fauci’s ‘performance’ today made me sick. Smug arrogance. Zero remorse. Zero accountability. He refused to answer a single question.
Sharing this again as a reminder: He used your tax dollars to fund the coronavirus lab research in Wuhan—and worked with the IC to cover it up. We deserve the truth and accountability.
I recall Florida has a facility, used by ICE for a few months, surrounded by swamps and alligators.....
I do believe he is a seared conscience. He has given himself completely over to evil. At this point it seems anything that increases his notoriety feeds into his ego, he sees it as being better than everyone else.
God can and will save even such as him, the chances he would seek it though are incredibly unlikely. The darkness in his behavior at that hearing was unnerving.
At 85, one trembles at how close he is to the gates of perdition.
I really don’t care what comes of this, I just want that little weasel uncomfortable as much as possible for as long as possible.
Hope he gets dragged in and out of court for the rest of his life.
In a just world he’d already be doing a life sentence at Leavenworth military prison for crimes against humanity.
I believe it’s all an ‘act’ of defiance. It’s a conscious projection.
Even people with zero conscience and no capacity for empathy/sympathy are still capable of feeling social shame (and basically worry about themselves and how they look people in general). It is virtually impossible to have neither in a deep intrinsic way.
This tells me that he has used the us versus them mentality bolster his sense of grand defiance to counter any capacity for either guilt or shame.
It’s a compensation.

I would be careful with this. They tried to do this to Trump - to prevent him from a pardon. I don't want this to become the norm. I personally feel we should be trying to prevent and dismantle 'lawfare'. It's destructive. That doesn't mean I don't want criminal activity to be prosecuted, but I have zero confidence in the justice system if not bridled.
Fauci’s security team must be better than the POTUS. EVIL individuals took shots at POTUS. Nobody has taken a shot at this EVIL individual..
We have plenty of facilities for that little demon.
If push comes to shove we could always put him on death row, why two cells just opened up earlier this week.
Too bad they can't send him to The Hague for MASS MURDERS!!
