Over 20 years that might be 3,300 launches.

Space X gets to reuse its hardware, other providers don’t.

The fuel burns would be roughly equal per payload.

So 3,300 launch hardware sets at $30 million each might be $99 billion.

That value assumes China isn’t able to develop reuseable launch vehicles. If China can, the Space X added value would be less than $99 billion.
