The problem isn’t that illegal aliens are voting, the problem is the Democrats have used illegal aliens to create congressional districts that would not exist but for the presence of illegals. It doesn’t matter if they vote or not if the census is counting them to determine how many electoral votes a state has or how many congresscritters a state gets.
It’s against the law for them to vote, thus the RATS are allowed to create districts via illegal voting. You don’t have one, without the other.
