Mars Wrigley: Moving U.S. headquarters functions out of Newark to Chicago, eliminating 307 jobs by October 2026.
Samsung Electronics America: Relocating its U.S. corporate headquarters from Englewood Cliffs to Plano, Texas, shifting 1,200 jobs.
ExxonMobil: Severing its 144-year incorporation ties to New Jersey by officially moving its legal incorporation to Texas.
Bristol Myers Squibb: Shifted 1,700 jobs to Massachusetts.
Verizon: Shifted 1,319 jobs out of state to Texas and New York City.
Johnson & Johnson: Cut 620 roles in New Jersey, shifting operations to North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Anheuser-Busch: Announced the closure and sale of its iconic Newark brewery.
