It doesn't matter. The re-release won't have it.

When Lucas wrote the first Star Wars, he didn’t have a plan for any sequels.

He called it Star Wars- Episode IV- A new Hope because he wanted to present the movie as a middle chapter of a serial. (ie Flash Gordon)
