Tracking is just the first part. What they are really aiming for, is to simulate the entire world, so that they can predict how the world reacts to events. Like plandemics. Polymarket is a microcosm of how the big money wants to know about the future, so they can figuratively bet on it, and prepare for changes, in advance of others.
But they’ve hit multiple snags. First, not enough natural resources. Second, computer chip prices are making it impossible to actually build many servers without going broke. But most importantly, AI has already turned into Mr. Hyde a lot quicker than Dr. Jekyll thought it would. So all this talk about data centers is now just hype to try to keep the bubble from bursting.
