They're good with statistics, but I'd like another statistic factored in. I want to know what percentage of these mongrel students perpetuating violence are black? What percentage are white?

It's all rhetorical. We know the answer. That's the problem, and until we stop pussyfooting around the issue, we may as well shut down public schools.

My bet would be that more than 80% of the troublemakers in schools are other than white. That's a stat that the media would never touch, and if we refuse to talk about a problem then we'll never find any solution.
