The problem is the parents. True, the parents have left it to the schools to raise their children. And crazy leftist teachers have no business raising children.

True, the parents have left it to the schools to raise their children. No, they haven't. "Raising children" implies the ability/permission/duty to discipline. Parents are not allowing discipline in the classroom anymore.
Parents merely see school as a daycare.
