So the all cause death rate rose in 2020 with COVID and before the vaccines were available and then started falling after the vaccines became widely available from the middle of 2021 onwards.
Note there were no excess deaths above the normal all-cause deaths progression in 2019, despite COVID-19 starting to spread in in September of 2019.
The shot was released in November/December of 2020, after an extensive promotion campaign, with people pushing to get it as soon as it was available.
And the excess deaths didn't start falling until after 2021, a year of the shots. It wasn't the effectiveness of the shots that led to the drop in excess deaths, it was that the damage had already been done and the victims already taken.
The Omicron variant in particular exposed that the shots and the "boosters" didn't prevent anyone from getting COVID-1984.
