That sounds like quite a bit taken out of commission, but I thought that had been done at the beginning.
Apparently, not to this degree.
I believe the initial weeks campaign focused exclusively on military assets and command structure personnel. A few weeks ago, a military-important bridge was taken out as a warning. Lately, it appears more rail & shipping infrastructure assets are also in the target package.
