Anything is possible, but why not just say Myocardial Infarction or Arrhythmia. Why go through the ascending aortic dissection? Ascending dissections kill by rupturing into the heart sac (pericardium) or blocking flow to heart arteries (coronary arteries). That’s basically what they are describing, and it’s usually related to pre-existing aortic weakness or poorly controlled blood pressure.
