LOL!

I admire people who bravely face danger out of necessity - hunting for food, self-defense, etc.. but I do have to admit I think a lot of the thrill-seeking stuff is just plain stupid.

My son does rock climbing, and although I know he’s a very smart guy, and would never suggest otherwise - I do consider myself very smart for not doing it - and not skydiving - and not doing a lot of things other people do.

And, when I drive down 95 to pick up or drop off someone at the Philadelphia airport - I feel stupid. All it takes is one person and one split second of carelessness - and with all those two-ton vehicles going 70 mph - terrible things happen - there has to be a better way.

Oh well..

Don’t know why “Third hunt:” fell off the rails but the rest was still there.

Used to rock climb and hang glide. Weird how as one ages the need for adrenaline highs abates. No longer date women half my age anymore. (The most dangerous game).

Even the back roads are deadly. Jessica Savitch crashed into the Delaware river canal at New Hope and died.
