well Silver is in a downward wedge (all the ETFs I just checked). Which means it's likely to breakout (either up or down). My experience is in a downward wedge where prices are consolidating it's more likely to break on the highside vice the lowside. The upward wedge is the opposite from what I've been experiencing. But it's not 100%. But this is just short term. If you believe in the battery tech and silver being in high demand then you're looking for at least a 4 year investment with a pretty high upside.
