Correct. The base is disgusted with Congress. We voted for Trump, Congress is doing all they can to fight him. The Senate staying in session so Trump can’t make recess appointments of Federal officials is unconscionable, along with the Save Act B.S.
And I thought that pesky constitution thingie gave the Vice President power over the senate...
