Here in Florida a new law took effect on July 1, it now requires that cursive writing be taught in elementary schools in the state of Florida.
Given that the document you posted is written in cursive, including the signatures, it makes me wonder if children in Florida and elsewhere can actually read this document, which should be a crime if they can’t.
