The Supreme Court Crushed Third-World Mass Immigration—Do GOP Voters Care?

Yes, they failed on birthright citizenship, but this is still a major win.

The Supreme Court has delivered a stunning victory for American sovereignty that every Donald J. Trump voter should cheer.

In its bold 6-3 Mullin v. Doe ruling on June 25, the Republican-appointed justices allowed Trump’s administration to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti and Syria. Far more importantly, they slammed the door on endless judicial sabotage of immigration law enforcement.

This is not some narrow tweak.

The decision broadly shields the entire TPS program from most court meddling, granting the executive branch sweeping authority over designations, terminations, and extensions for every country involved. It affects well over a million beneficiaries and guts the left’s favorite backdoor for flooding America with third-world migrants.

Lower courts in New York and Washington, D.C., had done exactly what Democrats counted on. District judges and appellate panels, overwhelmingly appointed by blue presidents, blocked Trump’s terminations. They claimed procedural failures and waved around accusations of racial bias, especially regarding Haiti. These jurists kept hundreds of thousands shielded from their lawful deportation while lawsuits dragged on for months.

The Supreme Court cut through the nonsense.

Justice Samuel Alito’s majority opinion made clear that the TPS statute bars judicial review of presidential determinations. No more activist judges playing immigration czar. The dissenting liberals waxed poetic about immigrant vulnerability and arbitrary executive power. They failed to mention that the real arbitrary power belonged to Democrat administrations that twisted a temporary humanitarian program into permanent relocation.

Democrats weaponized TPS for years.

How many Haitians are here under TPS?

AI says: Approximately 330,000 Haitians are currently living in the United States under Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

“Approximately 330,000 Haitians are currently living in the United States”

Well certainly the population of dogs, cats and geese will certainly increase in spite of the uniparty ruining the country.

America was not created as a place where every slob and malinger who became a loser in their own country can come to be treated like Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses. Don’t blame President Trump if you can’t afford a Caribbean cruise once a month because you have to buy gas and groceries with your own money. Biden’s 20 million is what is driving the prices up. President Trump didn’t import 20 million foreign freeloaders that require U.S. taxpayer assistance to survive. The American Dream is not a trophy given to the scum of the earth who can successfully sneak into America, start receiving welfare and be given a pro bono shyster to keep them from being sent home to their own country.

Judges should not be running the show.
Our executives need to assert themselves.

A truly Pyrrhic victory.

Once the communists get into the Oval Office (and they will, it’s inevitable), they will open the TPS floodgates and America will cease to exist.

And now there’s not one thing conservatives can do to stop it except for Congress to pass a law. Which will never happen.

So cheer while you can, but the die has been cast - this country is on a one-way ride into the dustbin of history.

330,000 Haitians are currently living in the United States. They are tied with Somalians for worst and most welfare sucking “migrants”, refugees whatever.

Syria is not at war anymore. But UK and Europe cannot get them (refugees) to return to their homeland. Moron Merkel let in a million or so Syrians, then other Muzz such as Pakistani n Afghans, Arabs jammed in along with them.

Do GOP Voters Care?

Only if the deportations send most or all of them home. Sending a couple of murderers or drunk drivers back won't cut it. I want full airplanes and landlords no longer getting government subsidy checks weeping openly in the street.

We need to limit the ability of Democrats to buy votes by placing middle-class tax caps in the federal constitution.

Enter in bills for two constitutional amendments:

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TAX AMENDMENT

Levies on any residential property of less than 2799 square feet of finished living space shall be no higher than the 2019 dollar amounts for the property, or for a newer or since resold property no higher than what it would have been levied at for 2019 if it lacked owner specific tax breaks, increased by 3% per calendar year since 2019 and by any percentage increase to its finished living space.

FEDERAL PERSONAL INCOME TAX AMENDMENT

Federal taxation on personal income shall be progressively capped as follows:
below 20% of the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 10%,
below 50% of the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 22%,
below the median federal full-time civilian employee compensation amount, 30%,
below the average federal full-time civilian employee compensation of the 100,000 largest recipients, 35%,
below the average federal full-time civilian employee compensation of the 10,000 largest recipients, 40%.

Many of you can’t afford to pay for more mooching.

The high-income people have the Laffer Curve effect to protect them.

One step forward, two steps back.

Lower courts will continue to obstruct in defiance of SCOTUS because they are assured of no negative consequences. So in effect they will ride out the clock until the socialists return to power and provide legislation to make the conquest irreversible.

I think Trump has a great Supreme Court strategy. Better than any president in recent history - maybe since Roosevelt. He has been very aggressive in setting up court challenges. He knows that he is going to win some and lose some. So he lost birthright citizenship. I suspect that he thought he might lose that and took it in stride. But people who are getting all worked up about that “loss” are missing the boat. Look at everything he has won. Its incredible. It really is. He has the right court to vote his way and he is taking advantage of that. Its reshaping the landscape of government that has been in place since the 1930s.

Crushed? Yesterday everyone was saying the SCOTUS crushed the Republic by allowing birthright to stand.

I wish the SC had ruled differently on Birthright citizenship, but at least Trump challenged it, unlike everybody before him. He still has more wins than losses.

The right wing needs to start working like Trump. He is still pulling the train and only has a couple years left. We need to keep up the momentum and Trump can’t be the catalyst forever.
