Police disagreed, taking Bush into custody and charging him with armed robbery and carrying an imitation firearm. I kind of guessed the ethnicity of the perp when I read the above.
A BB Gun is a real firearm. They do occasionally kill and they will certainly maim.
They under charged this individual. But at least he has a decent bail.
