One afternoon in late 2024, a sixth-grader nicknamed Bug came home from school with an announcement to make. Bug, who was assigned female at birth, told his parents he was a boy — and would be using he/him pronouns.
“OK, cool,” his mother, J, remembered saying. (J asked to be identified by only her first initial, and Bug by his nickname, because the family fears harassment.)
“‘What do you need to be supported?’” she recalled asking next. “He asked to get healthcare.”
This was the kind of moment J had been anticipating since the family had moved earlier that year from Texas to Massachusetts, for its more liberal and inclusive politics. She felt confident they could find the right medical experts. But she hadn’t realized that access to gender-affirming treatment could disappear even when their state’s laws and leaders supported it.
Individual hospitals all over the U.S., in red and blue states, have responded to President Donald Trump’s attacks on transgender healthcare by deciding to withdraw care on their own. At least 20 hospitals did so in the first months of the Trump administration as it threatened to pull back federal funding or initiate fraud or wrongful-claim investigations, and such services have continued to drop off since.

But, it is made institutional by the surgery staff that profits off their sickness and perversion.
This will stop, like any other perversion, only when individuals are singled out and made examples — ‘cause the sick bastids that push this crappola are too dumb to learn by anything more complex than examples.
Charge the surgery staff, even the anesthesiologist with assault and child abuse. If nothing else, their malpractice insurance will drive all of them out of the business.

Nobody assigned crap. She was created by God (or nature if that’s your flavor) with XX chromosomes and nothing will ever change that no matter chemicals you take or what you cut off or sew on. Same for XY.
This likely has more to do with fear of legal troubles down the line — trannies who have “bottom surgery” invariably have regrets.
Nonsense. Those parents were psychologically conditioned by the same "public education" system that is messing with their kids, including mass media. They're totally surrounded and isolated. They bend. This sexual disaster got going with Rockefeller Foundation funding of Alfred Kinsey in the 1940s and is only now starting to show what a positive feedback loop of empty sexual gratification depravity amplifies, until its victims break.

I wonder if “Bug” will be getting a skin tube to mimic a “penis.” Those surgeries are complicated, expensive, and rarely work out well.
What’s stopped this are successful malpractice lawsuits against hospitals and doctors. Insurance companies won’t cover them if they offer these treatments.

The whole process harkens back to the “experiments” conmducted by Doktor Josef Mengele at Auschwitz in the early 1940s. He didn’t get on to sex change sinmply because he never got the idea. “Gender affirming care” ought to be called either Nazi Medeicine or Mengelization because that’s what it is.
The whole leftist game is based on semantics. They argue that the words "male" and "female" should be based on "gender-identity" rather than biological sex. Which is stupid considering that "male" and "female" are literally binary words, and by their own arguments, "gender identity" is NOT binary.

The parents moved to Massachusetts to complete their project of transforming their child. IOW, the whole narrative about the child suddenly discovering it was trans is BS. I assume that if they had birthed up a male child, they would have done their best to convert it to female. Sick child abusers.

We should never go along with the misleading words that the left uses. They are pro- abortion, not pro-choice.
There is no such thing as “same-sex marriage”. We should’ve always said, so-called same-sex marriage.
We need to go back to using the words: widow, divorcee and never married instead of “single mom” which is supposed to gain our sympathy for all even those who pop out baby after baby with various men to whom they were never married.
Every time a Dem uses the expression “our democracy”, we need to verbally remind that person that the USA is a republic, not a democracy. A democracy is tyranny of the majority. A republic, especially a constitutional republic, provides protections for minorities. Even though every time someone recites the pledge of allegiance, which includes the words “and to the Republic for which it stands” most Americans probably do not even know what a republic is.
The possibility of adults who were subject to castration and/or mutilation while children or teenagers is likely more of a motivating factor than the Trump Administration opposing such surgeries and hormone therapies. The insurance carriers for medical facilities will strongly discourage these activities even in places like Boston despite the support of the state governments.
I agree. I just think our response to the whole transgender labelling thing has been wrong. We shouldn’t be arguing the meaning of “gender”. We should instead by saying that the whole male/female distinction is based on biological sex, regardless of what they wish to say about “gender”.
