Trojan Horse Politicians
American Thinker ^

Posted on 06/27/2026 7:15:22 AM PDT by DIRTYSECRET

The loud radicals are easy to identify. They openly criticize capitalism. Whether one agrees with them or not, at least they are honest about what they espouse.

The greater danger comes from what I call the Trojan Horse Politicians.

These are the polished, camera-ready public officials who rarely describe themselves as radicals. They speak instead of “fairness,” “equity,” “compassion,” “democracy,” and “reimagining” institutions to reassure you that they’re not radical. Their rhetoric is designed to be reassuring. Their tone and presentation is carefully crafted to appear moderate and pragmatic, even when a student of history knows differently.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

BJ and the Kenyan are the best examples. Then there's Mamdani's smile. The article suggests they're radicals with 'moderate' packaging. I say the big problem is the 'conservative' republicans who have 'evolved' to the point where they're being outed. It might be the openly radical types can help us in districts outside NYC. We can handle moderates in our party better than they will in their civil war over the next 2 years. My idea: Go Willie Horton on them.

Always remember: Any vote for any Democrat, anytime, anyplace is a vote to destroy the American nation.

“fairness”

Jeff Bezos never said give me 1.5% of the value of your house or I’ll take it away.

Jeff Bezos never said give me 35% of your income or I’ll take it anyway, penalize you, and throw you in jail.

It is your choice to deal with Jeff Bezos’ companies, or not.

Willie Horton really happened and the republicans apologized for it. This nut that stabbed the girl on the subway. It should be wrapped around the neck of Roy Cooper. Doesn’t even have to be racial even though all the illegal immigrant crime could have been avoided.

Fan the flames of the fire going on amongst leftists. Use our brain.

And yet some people will change their vote from Republican the Democrat over 35 cents for a gallon of gas And $2 extra for dozen eggs

“equity”

It is absurd to think a Haitian who arrived in 2023 would have as much equity as an American whose ancestors came to America more than a century ago.

It is absurd to think an Afghan refugee who stepped off a boat in 2021 would have as much equity as a Brit who has an ancestor who stepped off a boat in 1066.

Agreed. I do not regret voting for W, because the alternatives were even worse. However, he was an awful President. Actually, on second thought and in hindsight,, Gore might have been a better choice, in that he might not have adopted W’s catastrophic policies on Iraq and Afghanistan.

I came across this:

“At 40 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $978 for incomes ranging from $38,400 to $51,840, and eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,040 for incomes ranging from $41,280 to $58,320.

“At 60 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $1,521 for incomes ranging from $57,018 to $77,760; two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,622 for incomes ranging from $61,235 to $87,480; and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,930 for incomes ranging from $73,715 to $105,000.

“At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $3,423 for incomes ranging from $122,229 to $168,480; one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,661 for incomes ranging from $131,143 to $189,540; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,376 for incomes ranging from $157,578 to $227,500.

The new neighbors quite possibly would be paying $3,336 less for rent than the type of folks that most vigorously voted in the Democratic Socialists.

The type of folks that most vigorously voted in the Democratic Socialists need to vote more carefully and they should probably do so with their feet as the other end of their bodies isn’t working right.

Building "equity":

Yes they will.

Any party or person that puts ideology over what that cart of groceries costs will be rendered obsolete, and deservedly so.

The price of gas, milk, eggs, razor blades, diapers, and detergent matters to more people than bathroom gender, flag burning, or if their neighbors or co workers complied with immigration laws.

I always thought “equity” meant how much of your house you own.

It should be wrapped around the neck of Roy Cooper.

You and I can find common ground.

Gore would do whatever Hillary told him to do.

Author of article is Allan J Feifer. You left it out. I say the big problem is with people like you who think it’s okay to filch someone else’s intellectual work product without providing any attribution.
