This year, Cadillac introduced the 2026 CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series, celebrating the brand's first Grand Prix in the USA. It's not a phone-in special edition either. In addition to special design features, Cadillac added a new supercharger that ups the power to 685 hp and 673 lb-ft of torque. Only 26 will be built, and it's guaranteed to increase in value. The standard car is already the last of its kind, and this is by far the gnarliest version of it.

Curious why do you hate FWD? Maintenance?
Acura Integra
BMW M3
Honda Civic Si
Hyundai Elantra N
Mazda 3 Hatchback
Subaru WRX
Toyota GR Corolla
Volkswagen Jetta GLI
None of those are V-8s
Ford Mustangs are assembled in USA. Most V* models have Canadian-made engines (a few models have USA V8’s). Manual transmissions are imported from Communist China or Mexico (automatic trannies are made in USA).
Cadillac has an “Onstar” system that monitors your driving and sells the data which is bought by insurance companies. I Bought a CT5 V Blackwing as my 3rd car and my insurance rates doubled on all three cars after the first six months. Toyota, Ford and others do this too. If you want a spy in your garage, buy a new car.
My caddy is a 6.2 supercharged 650 ho v8
Mine is white with the carbon fiber package, I actually like the automatic so you dont have to take your hands off the wheel, It is pretty damned fast
Nobody knows how to drive stick anymore.
Maybe it weighs 15 tons and needs the HP.
All of those are fwd except the BMW, I assume. And none are V8’s
“Seroiusly, you can’t buy a Mustang with a V-8 and manual transmission anymore?”
You absolutely can.
“but you can’t get a V-8 Corvette either?”
You absolutely can.
“Nobody knows how to drive stick anymore.”
Almost 100,000 manual transmission cars are sold in the US each year.
That is an absolute lie.
Millenials by and large that is true, but the younger generations are seriously into Manuals. Ricers mainly, but Nonetheless Manuals.
I know more kids under 20 that drive stick then I do millenials my age that can Drive stick.
Me? 32 and I have had 5 of my 15 cars be manuals. I even converted my first car to a manual.
I am 79 1/2. Still rowing my own 6-speed.
Nice...but my pappy said, “Son you’re gonna drive me to drinkin’ if you don’t stop drivin’ that hot rod Lincoln.”
keyword in the article is “SEDAN”. None on your list qualify. Granted a Mach E EV set a record in the Pike’s Peak Hillclimb but it is not a Mustang, it’s a 4 door SUV.
That would be a manual transmission
Only about 26 people in USA could handle a 685 HP.
Good luck wid do double de-clutch thingy.
