I think that’s what the Senate is for, and why there are two houses of Congress.
I would propose that the ratio of Senators to representatives remain around the ratio of the early Republic to balance states versus population. Otherwise, increasing the number of reps reduces the state influence, tilting towards larger states.
I agree ,but I still come down on the opposite side of expanding house. Socialist Democrats are taking over districts by turning out very small percentages of radicalized voters. I think they’d proliferate beyond all bounds with more districts to play their games in. It might take Democrats the full 2 year election cycle to steal all they wanted to.
