I saw a YouTube video recently that espoused the idea that so much money is spent on black girl’s Proms due to the fact most of them will never have a wedding. Sad but probably true.
Went to a high school graduation ceremony ten or more years ago in Atlanta. HUGH celebration for some screaming parents. Possibly the biggest day in many graduate’s lives. We would take guesses at the next crew of crack dealers accepting a diploma. Very entertaining and quite possibly very accurate.
