I would push for doing NOTHING ELSE in congress until this bill is finally pushed through, with no changes.

Make it a shut-down issue.

Let's put Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Thom Tillis and Mitch McConnell in front of microphones and ask them what parts of the bill they might support.

Then break the bill into passable pieces

Then keep this going for iteration after iteration until the cows come home.

And, maybe we can bring Fetterman (and other Dems?) in on some of the pieces.
