NYC has a big problem with fare jumpers.
NYC also has a half-fare program for people living around 120% to 145% of the federal poverty line.
Wonder how many of those not-so-poor fare jumpers can’t be bothered to make use of that program?
Entitlement is not restricted to one socio-economic status, skin color, ethnicity, nationality, educational backround.
And fare jumpers of any and all stripes have one thing in common: they’re entitled anal sphincters.
