According to her statement, black jurors were purposefully excluded (allegedly), which would be a legitimate ground for a new trial, but she is a Harvard law professor, and a “descendant of slaves” (like who isn’t?). So I’ll believe it when I see it.

So everyone is “unique”, thus requiring a very specific “peer”
So, I need twelve 6’3 men over 60, college grad, ex-military, father, Grandfather, Eagle Scout, has hobbies like restoring classic vehicles, fishing, boating, white water rafting.
Otherwise, I call for Jury Nullification.

I think she’s talking about a “Walker Motion” that can be made during jury selection. I think the prosecution probably met its burden in establishing absence of bias by proffering legitimate and practical grounds for exercising its challenges.
