If you live outside of the Northeast or other areas where large numbers of Southern Italians settled like Chicago, Detroit, and New Orleans, your choices are national chain pizzas or boutique pizzas with cauliflower dough and arugula, goat cheese, or imported chorizo and ground bison meat toppings.
