It’s time to say goodbye to Pizza Hut.

Private Equity has already taken our happy places like Red Lobster, Toys R Us, Joans’s, etc.

You can’t hate them enough.

All great businesses that I've dealt with became almost immediately unrecognizable as the new owners meddled to a fault. "If it ain't broke..." is an old tried and true proverb that new owners would do well to heed.

When I had Pizza Hut in China a long time ago it was completely different than ones here.

Yep. Just look at what happened to Red Lobster and various other struggling brands. I was never a fan of Pizza Hut's pizza (it became especially greasy and bad in the last 10+ years), however, so no great loss when they tank.

Pizza Hut was already dying after they stopped making their dough/crust in-store. If I want a pre-made pizza, I'll go to Walmart or Costco's for less than half-price.

Too many better pizza options out there.
