You would think so, if property rights were held in high regard as they used to be.

But, the Democrat Party has been taken over by Communist who hold property rights in disgust and abhorrence.

Anywhere that Democrats hold power is going to be a place where private property rights are not protected.

Anyone who lives in a Democrat hotspot who tries to protect their own property had better have a good lawyer on retainer.

No. It’s a testament to insane liberalism and socialism. It’s a testament to their desire to punish success and their drive to create utopia. Those state “leaderships” do this on purpose.
