You’re thinking that the government, who brought this beheader in, and his people, who, according to the article, has not responded to the beheading, is unaware that the described “students” are unwelcome by the locals?
The Belfast and northern Irish government? Who had more experience dealing with terrorists in the dealing with the Irish Republican Army than anyone else outside the Middle East are fully aware of what’s going on here

I am not sure why you have students in quotes. I wrote elsewhere that their visas should be revoked. An argument could be made for doing so en masse no cause needed. That does not mean it is o.k. to burn them out. That is not only wrong but foolish. That housing should go to U.K. legal residents with priority going to veterans. If those buildings are made uninhabitable it benefits noone.
