I know for a FACT there is a human genetic engineering lab in Ukraine.
It is common knowledge with the CA privileged class as I personally know someone who went there.
But is it a bio-weapons lab? There are thousands of human genetic labs here in the US.
The US leads human genetic engineering primarily through academic medical research, biotech companies, and specialized genome-editing centers. Major research involves somatic (non-heritable) gene therapies, CAR T-cell treatments, and CRISPR-based precision medicines. Federal law prohibits the use of federal funds for human germline (heritable) modification, effectively banning that subset of research in public institutions.
