Karmelo didn't cry when the jury heard the 911 call after Austin Metcalf was stabbed.
He didn't cry when Austin's twin brother, Hunter, could be heard screaming in anguish and praying his brother wouldn't die.
He didn't cry when the jury was shown Austin's autopsy photos.
He didn't cry when they saw the blood-soaked shirt used in a desperate attempt to save Austin's life.
But he cried when he was found guilty.
And he cried again when he was sentenced to 35 years.
The only tears the jury saw were for his own fate, not for the life that was taken.
Austin Metcalf was robbed of his high school graduation, he will never get another birthday, another chance to live the life that was stolen from him.
Thirty-five years may be justice under the law, but for many, it doesn't feel like enough.

I thought cameras not allowed in the court room?
My dad was on a jury for a domestic assault by a black man on a white woman. One of the jurors was a black man who opined that since the white woman slapped the black man first she deserved everything that she got. This gave my liberal Democrat dad some real insight into what goes on in the ghetto.
It was raining and his team didn’t have a tent. Having the knife in his backpack shows intent, IMO. From what I have read it was a folding knife, but open when drawn from the backpack.
IIRC, it was a rainy day and the tent the perp wanted to go to was filled, a shower came along, and the victim's tent was closest cover for him.
Remember, mud melts in the rain. /s
Anthony refused, leading to the fatal confrontation. Prosecutors portrayed it as him intruding uninvited and provoking; the defense emphasized the invitation, lack of his own shelter, and self-defense after being pushed.
A Memorial coach noted it was unusual for a rival athlete to be in their tent, while a Centennial coach testified that mingling sometimes happened at relaxed track meets—but carrying a knife was not acceptable. Anthony was convicted of murder and sentenced to 35 years.
There were no cameras allowed in the courtroom. Pic is fake.
We are now getting reports of black people attacking white people randomly claiming that they deserve it because of this verdict. Apparently it’s racist to not let a black person stab you to death.
We seem to have reached the point where muslims, blacks, the sexually confused (mentally ill), and leftist whites have Carte blanche to attack Jews, Asians, and white people as they wish.
So, The violence against normal people continues to escalate. And in any of the urban areas none of these animals are going to be locked up for any length of time. The race war is here. But only one side is fighting it. Because the other side is not allowed to fight back.
He did cry after sentencing was announced though.
Yep.
“He killed someone after getting out of the wrong side of bed that morning.”
I’m still trying to figure out how the Hell he thought he was going to get away with stabbing someone in front of witnesses and cameras. That’s almost too stupid to be able to remember to breathe. 💩
very very many ghetto black youth, when asked if they feel any remorse for the person they just murdered will often reply “i don know him, he ain’t family what i care?”
